sorry if my english is not perfect, but i’ll try to write it properly:)
-you need at least 2 kinds of veggies, i advise cucumber (12 kcal, it’s the second low-cal vegetable after lettuce), tomato (23kcal, tasty, and full of stuff that your body needs), and there’s the tofu(max 100g)
-slice at least 1 tomato, but it can be 2, slice the half of the cucumber, and the tofu, it has to be big enough so that you can dip-and eat it with a fork.
-make the dip: a cup of yoghurt, little salt, pepper, little olive oil, and and little apple cider vinegar. mix them, and add sliced onion (depends how much do you like onion, so you decide the quantity.) mix the onion with the joghurt stuff.
-dip the veggies and the tofu:)
-good appetite, all in all it’s a 180 kcal food, but you won’t be hungry, it’s healthy.

thank you, i considered it… it’s not healthy, but i stopped at 122 lbs, and i can’t lose weight, if i don’t lower my daily kcal intake.:/
i hope the best, if i feel really weak, or sick, i’ll stop this abc diet.
